With over seven years of experience, I've worked with companies like Cellcom, Nayax, Invenco, Deloitte, and PassportCard, developing e-learning solutions, instructional videos, and AI-enhanced training materials that drive real learning outcomes.

My Journey
My path into instructional design has been driven by a passion for learning, problem-solving, and making knowledge accessible to everyone. Over the years, I've worked on projects that challenged me to think creatively and implement real-world solutions to training needs.
Early Career
I started my journey at Cellcom, managing and delivering training programs for new employees. I then led a major project to migrate and restructure the company's entire knowledge base from KMS Lighthouse to Salesforce, making knowledge accessible and searchable for support teams.
Growing Expertise
At Nayax, I dove deep into e-learning and multimedia training, developing learning modules to improve onboarding and product adoption. At Invenco, I helped customers understand and adopt new processes and technologies through engaging instructional content. I also freelanced for Deloitte, crafting tailored training solutions for enterprise clients.
Today
At PassportCard, I design training programs that scale, and I'm constantly exploring how AI can transform the way we build and deliver learning experiences. From automating content creation to finding smarter ways to personalize training, I'm passionate about pushing the boundaries of what instructional design can be.
